Every mid-day will be riding.  I want even the rally team to have time to enjoy a ride.  Movies can be shown any night at the swimming pool.  Camp fire at the camp grounds most nights.  Swimming Pool or parking lot gatherings most evenings.

Sunday, August 25 – Rally Day 0

  • 4-6pm: Information Center, Registration and Merchandise open.

Monday, August 26 – Rally Day 1

  • Opening Day
  • 8-9am:  Information Center, Registration open.
  • 8:30: Riders Briefing, to announce the rides of the day.
    Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-6pm: Information Center, Registration open in The Goldfish Bowl aka Rally HQ found just inside the Hotel Lobby.
  • 5:00 Riders Debriefing, to report back on the day’s riding.
  • 5:30 pm First Timers Pow-Wow – Convention Ctr.
    Are you a newbie? learn what COG or the National is all about.
  • 7-10:30pm: Welcome Campfire and BBQ at the Campground. (Free Shuttle)

Tuesday, August 27 – Rally Day 2

  • 8:00 -9am: Women’s breakfast  – Sawtooth Room.
  • 9:00 -10am: C10 issues/fixes and upgrades  – Sponsored by Shoodaben Engineering
  • Information Center and Registration open.
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 5-6pm: Information Center, Registration open
  • 8am -4pm: Dual Sport Ride
  • 5:00 Riders Debriefing, to report back on the day’s riding.
  • 6-8pm:  Bike Show, Sponsored by Action Moto Sports and KLIM USA.

Wednesday, August 28 – Rally Day 3

  • 8-5pm: Ride & Rafting Trip to Jackson Hole
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 5-6pm: Information Center, Registration
  • 4-5pm: Seminar Rider edu. or Safety course. (Room ?)
  • 5pm: Riders Debriefing, to report back on the day’s riding.
  • 6-7pm: Murph of Murphkits.com Hosted Ice Cream Social. (Conference Ctr.)
  • 7-8pm: Town Hall Annual Meeting

Thursday, August 29 – Rally Day 4

  • 8-10am:  Riding Skills Class. (parking lot)
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-6 pm:  Parking Lot Rodeo.  Come show your skills or learn new ones. (Parking lot)
  • 4-6pm: Information Center, Registration
  • 5pm Riders Debriefing, to report back on the day’s riding.
  • 6-7pm: Group Photo ( Outside at the Falls)
  • 7-10 pm: Western BBQ and Hoedown & Prize Giving

Friday, August 30 – Rally Day 5

  • 8am: Informal meet for breakfast at the restaurant.
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • Rally Official End.

Saturday, August 31 – Departure Day

  • Departure day – thanks for coming.
  • No planned activities
