Deluxe Guestrooms
Feature either one King size Tempur-Pedic bed with a sitting area to include a sofa and coffee table, or two Queen size Tempur-Pedic beds with an oversized plush lounge chair. Guestrooms also come equipped with a working desk with wireless internet, speaker phone capabilities, complimentary expanded cable, mini- refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and service, hair dryer, iron and full size ironing board.

Reservations may be made by calling the front desk directly at 360-254-3100. Tell them you are with the “Concours Owners Group” to get the group rates listed above.
If you find it necessary to change your plans; please inform The Heathman Lodge within 24 hours prior to your 4:00 p.m. check in time to avoid a cancellation charge.
GUESTROOMS BLOCK CUT-OFF DATE
COG Guestroom Block ends on Friday, May 22nd, 2020. Any available rooms will then be opened to the public.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Our check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guests Services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
BREAKFASTS
There will be at least two breakfasts put on by COG and there is a Shari’s, IHOP, Elmer’s, Starbuck’s, and a few other breakfast joints within 5 minutes of the hotel. Business Level Guestrooms receive complimentary continental breakfasts each day.
BIKE WASH STATIONS
The Heathman Lodge is graciously setting up a designated bike wash station for the Group, available for use throughout the entirety of the event. Wash station will include hoses, nozzles, soap, buckets, sponges, and towels. Wash station will be located in North side parking lot, outside Hudson’s loading dock.
WIRELESS INTERNET
Stay connected to your home or office with our complimentary wireless high-speed internet access in our lobby, guestrooms, and meeting space throughout The Lodge. Business Level Guestrooms also include high speed wired ethernet internet.
PARKING
The Heathman Lodge features complimentary onsite parking.
MOTORCYCLE TRAILER PARKING
A section of the Hotel’s private parking lot will be designated for limited motorcycle trailer parking (this is not for RV’s). Event staff will have first option to utilize this space. Any remaining available space in the designated area will be first come first served. No RV parking.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
We are pleased to offer shuttle service to and from The Heathman Lodge and The Portland International Airport. Shuttle service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the cost of $15.00 per person per trip. 10-day minimum advanced reservations are required, same day shuttle requests cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated on an availability basis.
